Beyond The Final Whistle

On October 6th, Lionel Messi played his last match for the Argentina national team. For many fans, this was an emotional time as they watched their idol begin to step off the field as the final whistle blew. Tears were shed throughout the stadium and beyond. It was the end of an era. However, for me, it brought back memories of someone I had lost a while back.
