Outgoing Iowa Civics Center Leader Accuses Board of Possibly Illegal Actions

The Center for Intellectual Freedom’s interim director accused the regents of violating at least the spirit of the law creating the center. The board president says, “We definitely deny that anything illegal is going on.”
